Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
*For women, this measurement is NOT the same as your bra band size.
Hold the end of the tape at your belly button and wrap around your waist to the front.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This band even without ear plugs has been great having them wear it at home to keep the water out. They also prefer to wear these at home vs their swim caps. My 3 year old son had tubes placed in his ear and this helps to prevent water from getting in. He doesn't even try to take it off.
SSwimOutlet2/16/18||Do you use ear plugs underneath? My son is 3 and will not leave ear plugs in.|||I'm going through the same thing. This will be perfect, combo'd with ear plugs. I think this is the way to go. I hope it's snug enough to sit on this head and secure those ear plugs even better.
