Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

It is a little tight but wearing it will stretch it out to comfort in no time. It fits better than the Takinni top I ordered at the same time. That was the same size listed as the full suit but I coulcn't even get it over my shoulders.
