Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This is my daughter's go to training suit. She likes the thin straps since thicker straps rub her shoulders. Unfortunately, the pool she trains in is high in chlorine so she wears out these suits pretty quickly. I usually buy 4 of these suits every year.
