Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I love these fins! I started swimming about 6 months ago and these are great for training, especially kicking drills. They're also fun when I just want to go fast. I thought I lost these fins that I purchased about 5 years ago and use every other day so I ordered another pair. They are excellent. I was using snorkeling fins and it made swimming too easy. These stubbies are just the right size to give me a good workout. I do recommend getting the fin socks. My shoe size is b/w 12-12.5 and the 12's fit great even with the neoprene fin socks.

I recently purchased a pair of these training swim fins & used them for the first time yesterday. As a relatively new swim enthusiast, I am working on improving my flutter kick for lap swimming.
