Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I ordered this swimsuit to go under my wetsuit for scuba diving. It fits great in the waist, but it is a little loose in the chest. I can tighten it pretty good with the string, but it's not a perfect fit and leaves some room around my under arms. I don't really mind though, because it's just going under my wetsuit, and I really do like the way it fits and looks!

I wish the bra pads were sewn in not removable . The seat or butt area is a little small. But I like the fact that it is fully lined and there’s nothing to fall off of your shoulders as far as the straps are concerned.
