This is a large 7. More like a 7 1/2 - 8. Wore them with socks while teaching water aerobics today. They did okay. Maybe a little too expensive for having to wear socks. Lesson learned. Otherwise they feel good, look good and have an okay sole. No drain holes.

Too big. Bought for water aerobics class. Thought I''d take a chance. Wore socks with them in class today. They did okay. Ordered three different pairs of water shoes all in size 7. All were too large.

The sole is a great cushion for jumping around in the pool. I normally wear 8.5 in regular shoes and the 8 fits perfectly - not too small. Looks nice, sturdy , and dries quickly.

I normally wear a 8.5 in street shoes and a 9 in cheaper water shoes. The 8 fit perfectly so you may take a smaller size in Speedos shoes for Women. The little bit of cushioning on the soles was sooo comfortable when I was doing jumping jacks and other foot contact exercises. Drained quickly and dried quickly. I though they were a bargain because Speedo water shoes last so long even under heavy use. Very pleased that there was nothing rubbing my toes or arches either.
