I like it and it's not just vinegar and alcohol. It has some sort of lubricant so that the ear doesn't get completely dried out which can cause flaking

Seems to dry my ears pretty well. Just make sure you let it drain in for a bit, then turn your head to let it drain out.

Rubbing alcohol is a tried and true inexpensive remedy for water in the ears. This also has glycerine, which I think makes it potentially less irritating. Seems to work fine and the dropper works well so that it is easy just to get a few drops in the ear.
