I'm 5'10" wear a 36C/B bra and weigh 195. I bought the large. It's super cute, and fits well. However, it could have a bit more coverage (more fabric/ not sit quite so low from neck to top hem). I plan to test this out for lap swim & light sun-bathing this week, and will update my review as needed.
