They do help but I need a smaller size as I do have a small ear canal. Consequently I struggle to get them in. Other than that they definitely help

These pretty much suck. Very disappointed because of the reputation of the brand. I get water in my ears every day I use these and I’m just waiting for another pair from another company to show up on my doorstep.
