      really helped to correct my stroke

      I have the more common paddles, but a swim instructor recommended these for both strength training as well as stroke correction. It took a minute to adjust to these, but now I love them.

      Works well

      Despite not having perfect form, these stayed on most of the time during my first use. Very helpful in getting your strokes right. Lightweight, easy on and off. I chose small size even though I am a tall person- followed review advice and they work perfectly.

      They are easier to use when training then the paddles that lace.Can feel the water better.
