These are great fins except for one flaw, the top edge which is up against your foot and heal is left sharp. I wear an 8 1/2 or 9 womens shoe and the blue version fit perfectly. Except I could only wear them for two laps and the sharp edge all around the top of the fin dug into my skin. Thankfully I was able to resolve the issue with a sand paper nail file. Took me about 15 minutes per fin to gradually sand down the edges, tried trimming with and exacto knife, that didn't work.....but the nail file was able to round out the edges and these are just what I was looking for for my swim routine.
