      AWESOME BUT SIZE UP

I am new to swimming training for an Ironman and these shorts are truly helping! They keep the hips up and I feel way more confident and effortless in the pool. I am 5’6 155lbs ordered a (M) and they are a bit rough to get on and should of got a (L) but regardless the material and buoyancy is top tier!
