Xterra WetsuitsXterra Women's Vortex Triathlon Fullsleeve Wetsuit

I purchased an Xterra suit for use in open water swimming during colder temperatures in 2020. It lasted only 6 weeks and began to tear under the arms. Xterra has a policy stating all manufacturing or material defects have a one year warranty. When I reached out to them regarding the problem, I was told this tearing was normal and no repair by Xterra would be done. I was told to repair on my own. I have never had a wetsuit last so little time. I do not recommend this product. The company does not provide good customer service and does not back any material defect.

I ordered 5 suits for my friends and myself. Unfortunately they got lost on the way and I never received them. Xterra told me that this is my problem and refused to assist me with filing a claim although it is FedEx’s policy that the shipper files the claim. They have no working phone number. The only contact you have with them is via email and it takes them a few business days to answer if they choose to answer at all. I am very disappointed, and my friends and I will never have any business with this company again. Swim Outlet is great. The complaint is about Xterra.
