This hat is lightweight and has a brim that keeps my face protected from the sun. After having some spots of skin cancer removed from my face, I need the extra protection this hat provides. (It's also a hat recommended by the skin cancer foundation and has UPF 50) The drawstring inside helps to keep the hat on during windy days and boat rides on the lake. The wire in the brim lets me angle and maneuver the for protection and styling. I love it!
