I swim 3-4 times a week.
Pro - cap seems thicker than my previous Speedo cap, which seems to have stretched and water now fills up inside while swimming. This TYR cap is a little more snug fitting (my hat size is 7 1/4). The speedo cap lasted me 12 months, based on feel alone I''d expect the same of this one.
The Best !!!
I swim laps 3 times a week. My new cap fits perfectly--my ears are covered tightly enough to keep water out of them.
I am a man with a very large head and am as comfortable in it as in lycra swim cap. Less constricting than a latex swim cap. Very happy with the purchase.
Great swim cap, perfect fit for youth size. Perfect for every day training.
Cap fits well and stay on your head. However, I think it is a bit too tight.
I am a TYR fan. I have been using their silicone swim caps for years. The colors are great. They are easy on and easy off. They stay on with a snug, but comfortable fit. I also like that it pulls over my ears nicely and keeps the water from getting into my ears for the most part. I don''t have to wear ear plugs. I have long hair, and even after tucking my hair in, it stills stays on. I swim for over an hour at a time, I have never experienced ripping a TYR cap while getting it on or off. The only thing that happens is the cap gets a little stretched out after two to three years of wearing. The cap feels less snug, but I can continue to use it if I have nothing else.
Too tight at the bottom but too loose at the top for my 13 yr old son.
I use this cap in both long distance swimming in the ocean and lap swimming. I know others have criticized the cap saying it is too small but I found it perfect and actually use it over the pebble rubber cap so it can''t be that small. The quality is better than most silicon caps I have used and I have tried many brands.
Excellent fit for my head (narrow), lasts a long time.

Founded in Southern California in 1985, TYR™ has since developed a reputation for high-quality products and equipment. TYR competition swimwear and triathlon gear have been a dominant force in their respective industries. The company is also known for its TYR goggles, swim apparel, triathlon wetsuits and a wide variety of swimming equipment.
TYR was the first company to introduce a pair of goggles designed to fit a woman's face (the TYR T-72). TYR was also responsible for the famous red bathing suits featured on the hit television series "Baywatch." TYR consults with current and former athletes when developing its products. Swimmers know that TYR is a leader in swimsuits, warm-up suits, and swim training equipment. The TYR Tracer Series is one of the most advanced technical suit lines on the market. The TYR Hurricane wetsuits and the TYR Torque collections include top-of-the-line suits for the competitive swimmer.
TYR has also moved into competitive running equipment. From running shirts to shorts, its apparel is designed with the runner in mind. Built with moisture wicking fabric and antimicrobial material, TYR running apparel is designed to give the athlete the most comfortable, dry clothing on the market.
The name "TYR" is derived from the Norse god of warriors, who is said to have embodied victory and glory. Much the same can be said about the athletes who started TYR. Executive Vice President, Steve Furniss, was an Olympian who competed in the 1972 and 1976 Summer Games, and captained the 76th U.S. Olympic Swim Team.
