Train harder and longer than ever with the TYR Durafast Elite Crosscutfit One Piece, designed with a flattering cut and chlorine-resistant construction to give you a suit that goes the distance.
Regular Master's swimmer, looking for an open back suit with fabric that lasts longer than other brands. The Durafast fabric is very nice and high quality, but the fit on the suit is odd. I'm 5'2", usually a size 30 or 32. Ordered a 30 in this suit because of previous reviews that the suit ran large. The top/chest area is cut too narrowly on the sides and doesn't doesn't support the girls, while the rear of the suit feels large and comes up much higher than expected. I don't think sizing down would help, just think the proportions are off on this one.
Fit: Feels too big

True to size but the brevity of the material on the sides of the suit doesn't hide any flaws. The straps are really thin but as long as you're not going to wear it all day it's doable. It's a Tyr Durafast so is pretty comfortable anyway but don't think that I will ever purchase another with the thin straps.
Fit: Feels true to size
Fits my body type great!
I ordered a size 30, I am 5'5" about 150lbs, large in the butt and small in the chest, and this suit fits me just fine. The cut of this suit is not conservative, so a lot of skin shows, but I find that this suit is more comfortable because of this (less armpit chaffing). Have been swimming regularly on a master's team for 2 years and no stretch or fade, so material holds up well!
I like when reviewers add how the suit fits. It's the only way to know if it is true to size when we have to order. We ordered a 30. Some training suits, my daughter wear a 32. I believe it is pretty true to size. A little tight but not bad. This suit is cut low around the waist and buttock. My daughter commented it is .....low, but not she will still wear it.
Great classic suit
Perfect for what we needed, has not stretched out after many meets and practices. Nice fit.
Fits big at chest
Bummed about this suit. It fits great on the bottom, but the top is loose. It sags when I swim. And, this happened the first time I wore it. Size down.
Fits a little bigger than expected but still a great training suit.
