TYR Catalyst 2 Training Paddles

I haven't used paddles in over 30 years and I love these paddles. They are perfect and even though this is only my third week wearing them, my stroke count is going down and I am already feeling improvement. I am 5 ft 8+ inches and bought a large. They fit really well.

Oversized paddles with multiple strap placement options. Good quality product and I have two sizes. The larger size puts more stress on the rotator cuff and caused soreness on longer swims. I prefer the old traditional rectangular pull paddles or the zoomer fulcrum , which is not available anymore.

I think it is too big. I thought I was getting a medium. I am an adult male. And I am new to this.

Work exactly as planned.

Excellent pulling paddles. Good for building strength and stroke technique work; don't use wrist tube, only fingers.
