At 5-1/2" in diameter, my wrists are small for an adult. This watch fits, though the buckle fits into the next-to-last hole. I've had several of the Ironman watches like this, and replace them with the same style each time one gives out, and even get multiple colors, so clearly I like the watch. I've only had problems with one in the past, and it was replaced by the seller. The strap material has been changed from resin to silicone on this new one, so it's softer and more flexible. I wear the watch while swimming, so I am giving it 4 stars only because I don't yet know how the silicone will hold up to the chlorine. The former resin straps lost color pretty quickly. I don't anticipate that the silicone will do that, though, because my silicone swim caps don't lose color. This watch *seems* to now have a replaceable strap (the resin ones were not replaceable.) I haven't yet researched to find if Timex actually sells a replacement or not, though. I like the functionality of this watch and frequently use the timer and alarms (3), and have one time set to Standard Time and the other set to Daylight Savings Time. Overall it's a good watch.
