*For women, this measurement is NOT the same as your bra band size.
Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Measure from the center back neck over the shoulder, along the outside of the arm with am relaxed to the wrist.

My 10 year old really wanted this cap. We bought it and she loves it. It fits great and is easy to get over her long hair. I will admit it is hard to see her when she is racing, but she likes it.
