Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

These are a great to enhance your workout and build strength. I have large hands and chose the Medium size and they fit my hands perfect. I had surgery for a torn labrum a few years back and didn't want to overstress my joint, so I am starting very slowly. So far so good.
