Sporti Mirage Thin Strap Swimsuit

I've bought many Sporti competition style suits before, and I had always gotten size 34, which was the size I wore in Speedo suits. The 34's always seemed to stretch out fairly quickly though. Since this wasn't unusual in my experience, I just thought that the chlorine level in the pool I swim in was breaking them down quickly. Recently, I took advantage of a clearance sale on this particular style of Sporti suit, but I could only get a 32 and not a 34. I took a chance.I've never worn a 32 in anything, but this 32 fits tight but not too tight. I think this might be the solution to the premature stretch-out problem. The last time I bought a suit, I got a clearance suit by The Finals in a size 34, and their size 34 was particularly tight, slightly tighter than Sporti's size 32. (The styles were similar). I noticed the suit lasted a lot longer than others I've had. I like my suits tight enough to keep from producing drag when I swim laps, and it turns out that, to a point, tighter is better for suit life in this case.Long story short, if you're looking for longer suit life before it starts to stretch out, get a smaller size than your usual. I noted the suit "feels too big" simply to point out this phenomenon. From now on, I'll buy Sporti suits in 32 instead of my usual 34.
