      Good product, wrong choice.

      Seems well made, good price. I should have gotten the one that produces less resistance, for the shoulder girdle exercises I planned to do with it. Butt that was error, and at that price I don't mind replacing it--perhaps I'll work up to it, or use it for other exercises.

      The medium resistance cord is great for my stronger swimmers. Great fir dry land exercises. I recommend stronger swimmers use this. Ages 13 to adults.
