Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Lifeguards need to be easily seen whether on the beach, poolside, or water front, and this cap is definitely great for that with the color and the white "GUARD" embroidery. The cap is easily adjusted and very comfortable. I would recommend it for lifeguards on all water fronts.
