Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Measure from the center back neck over the shoulder, along the outside of the arm with am relaxed to the wrist.

My son had an adverse reaction (not allergy related) to latex caps, they just pinched him and he found them uncomfortable. His younger sister was just accepted to the swim team prep camp and she too was averse to caps but had longer hair. I suggested that Briar, his younger sister, pick out her own and recommended the silicone variety. Ben did not want to be left out, and his love of all things kitten prompted him to choose this one. He loves it, and now, subsequently, a few of the senior swimmers on the team (pre-collegiate) are ordering them as well. This cap, and Briar's cap definitely make them stand out in the pool!

Bought this for my 4 (almost 5) year old niece and she loved it. It kept the hair out of her face and her goggles in place. Plus it made it easy to spot her amongst all the other swimmers.
