I like the design with the double velcro on each weight. I am pretty small, and I was thrilled that they fit well without wiggling around. I wear them on my waterbike and for water aerobics-type workouts. Just got them last week, so I hope they last. I do take them into the shower and rinse them off.

I found them to be well made of good quality. The straps are very long, good for large legs, but a little too much for the smaller user. They were bought to replace much loved old worn out ones, and it will take time for me to get used to the heavier wider bands. This problem is mine and not the item. Came quickly and well packaged.
