During my regular training, access to visible time clocks is limited. Handy to measure my own sprints for training comparisons. Little easy to accidently hit the stop button, but you get better with it with practice.

I do not have a water app to use in swimming until I bought the swim timer that you can use on your finger. Pretty good idea. As a Lifeguard - isaw a member wearing this timer and she seemed to enjoy it. So I tried it and it works well with my training.

Easy to implement into your training. Better than trying to see the second hand on the clock at the gym for your rest intervals. The large display rocks!! Genius, easy to use design. Comfortable to wear. Whoever thought of this little remarkable tool.... THANK YOU!!! YOU ROCK!!!!

this thing is Great! We swim against a tether, therefore not counting numbers of laps, just swimming in place. the little stop watch on the finger just makes it easy to swim against time. No fuss no muss.
