I use it when swimming in an outdoor an in heated pool. Chinstrap very comfortable and the hood keeps my ears warm – totally covered. I have a small head and got the S – M, and I’ve got shoulder length hair and it fits under perfectly.

ROKA makes the best products, hands down. The cap is soft, conforming, flexible and extremely comfortable. It is like it’s not there. The strap is the right width holding it on secure without any discomfort. It keeps your head warm and makes a great addition to any cold water swim. Highly recommended.
