A great wetsuit, I opted for sleeveless and it gave me less restriction and a more comfortable and relaxed swim.

A person who weights 195 - 215 lbs., 5'10" to 6'2" with a 44" chest is a pencil.My XL fits well in the legs, and waist. It is a little tight in the shoulder (height) and across the chest. If you want to know what a full body corset feels like, give it a try. Buoyancy and streamline claims are real, you could literally feel a significant speed advantage as I use a Fast Lane from Endless pools as a means of comparison. I was much faster....but uncomfortable.

The fit is good, no chaffing or burning around my neck. My swims are 1.5 mile 3 days per week in 70 degree water and it has been very comfortable. easy to put on and take off as the legs are secure, but not overly tight. I am very satisfied overall. what I would change would be a longer cord to zip up and down the back flap to make it easier to zip up without help. it is a lower price suit, and the rubber exterior is a bit soft and may tear easier than higher priced suits.
