While it is difficult to determine the right size, since knee size might be right, but it is too difficult to pull on over a muscular calf for example, once you have the right size, this sleeve stabilizes the knee and knee pain while swimming is gone.

The product fits well and really does the job, however, I’m using it for swimming and I’m not sure how long it’s going to last. I’ve had it about 1 month, swimming maybe 2-3 times a week for an hour each time and already it has small tears in the neoprene around the hole for the knee. That’s the only place it’s showing wear so far. I knew the chlorine in the pool would make it deteriorate, but I thought it would last longer than that! That being said, I’m probably going to buy another one because it fits so well. I’ve used and tried on quite a few knee braces and this is one of the few that actually keeps my knee in place.

Have some swimmer knee issues as a breast stroker, Found it good support in pool and dryed out easier after swim. Only have used a few times but seems to give the support I was looking for
