    These were great I used them on kinetic sprint and taped them to my bike; unfortunately I forgot my water and these helped alot, gave me the extra energy I needed.

    My wife swears by these.  She uses them prior to running, and it gives her the necessary boost of energy she needs...and they taste good also.  I keep them in my swim bag so, if Im heading to the pool after work I get a bit of a boost prior to my workout.
