Although the "Plus" will hold twice as much as the standard "Totemaster", the two sections of the split top have enough space between them to extract kickboards, pullbuoys, etc. even with both split top sections locked down. So -- if you are looking to store large/bulky items such as water polo balls -- they will be secure in the "Plus"; if you are trying to store swim equipment securely, do not order the "Plus".
