    I'm new to meditation and feel that Maritza does a good job of guiding us through the beginning practice. Her instructions and demonstrations are clear and easy to follow. She has a pleasing voice and calming manor. I plan to continue with her and progress to more advanced practices.

    I’m new to meditation and feel that Maritza does a good job of guiding us through the beginning practice. Her instructions and demonstrations are clear and easy to follow. She has a pleasing voice and calming manor. I plan to continue with her and progress to more advanced practices.

    Gaiam Meditation for Beginners DVD

    This DVD is a great way to start the day. The yoga portion is very helpful and relaxing. The meditation portions are very calming and help with relaxation and taking care of myself. I enjoy the instructions given and it is very helpful to me.
