This is a handy little device that works perfectly to teach proper head position. It’s simple and simply made and really wouldn’t cost much to make so I deducted one star for being a little pricey but even so I think as a training aid it’s well worth the cost.

This works best if it’s attached directly to your goggles strap and not to the separate strap that it comes with. With that said, it’s a bit overpriced for a piece of plastic. You’re paying for the idea, not the product, which probably costs 50 cents to make. It does give you a sense of where your head is but unless you have serious problems with body extension or lifting the head, it’s not going to help much.
