The pads were delivered on the predicted date and in good form. They were used on the factory rails of our GMC Terrain and fit well. After the first application and removal, the stitching on the velcro came loose, and I had to hand sew it back together. All in all, they worked well after many uses with my surfboard in a soft bag and on two 8 hour drives.
