    Cateye enduro computer

Used on multiple bikesNew larger display is easier to readMount has changed to a zip tie mount. Not as secure on bar. Not compatible with older Cateye models. That's a biggy when you use it on four different bikes. The reason I bought Cateye was because I had lost an earlier model

Easy to install and set up. Easy to read while riding. The heavy wire is the only carryover from the last iteration of the Enduro. The mounting systems for both the sending unit and the head unit are much less secure than the old styles. The detent holding the head unit to its mount is frail; mount the unit on the stem instead of the bar to reduce the risk of dislodging it while riding. The attachment of the wires to the head unit seems a likely point of failure. Cateye's R&D is clearly focused on wireless. Calorie consumption and carbon offset are meaningless to me. Despite the negatives the unit is easy to use and gives me most of the data that matter at an attractive price, hence the 4-star rating.
