Castelli Men's Velocissimo Due Cycling Bibshort Kit Verison

Castelli is known for high quality cycle wear and these definitely live up to the reputation.I cycle everyday and thus own a number of kits but the Velocissimo is my favourite.Most manufacturers get the padding wrong but that is not the case with Castelli and even after a long ride they are still comfortable. The extra paid for Castelli is worth it. BTW, Since people often have questions about sizing, I am 6'0" tall and have a 28" waist and a 40" chest and ordered a large and it fits as it was designed, snug.

I cycle daily so I own a fair amount of cycling clothing made by various manufacturers. The Castelli Velocissimo bib shorts are by far my favourite shorts and definitely the most comfortable. Usually halfway through a ride the padding in other shorts get annoying but with the Castelli padding this never happens. The overall fit is excellent.

this is a very comfy, very rideable bib short. the elastic hems are a great gentle mix of grippy and snappy, the side panels are this almost snakeskin texture that feels like a second skin (i'm not reptilian, tho) and the bib part is ergonomic. looks great too, great design on this one. i've had a few castelli bibs in my life, some hit some miss, but this one hits it out of the park. note: i got medium even though i'm 5'10", 165#, size 31 waist. so sizing may be a bit small if a size 31 waist would expect to go small.
