But First, Coffee (Popsicles)

No coffee, no workee-- are we right? If you're anything like us, the day begins after coffee. Depsite the constant craving for caffeine, sometimes it's hard to down a cup of joe mid-day (especially in 90 degree weather). Luckily, we've whipped up some coffee popsicles for an extra-sweet pick me up.

Here's what you'll need;

Popsicle molds + sticks
3 cups of strong coffee
Half and half
Sugar
Your favorite flavored creamer (we used caramel macchiato creamer)

Directions;

1. First brew 3 strong cups of your favorite coffee

2. In a large pitcher mix 1/2 cup half and half with the 3 cups of coffee

3. Add 1/4 cup of your favorite creamer for flavor

4. Stir in 1/4 cup of sugar

5. Move pitcher to the fridge for 15 minutes

6. Fill each of the popsicle molds with the cold coffee. Set lid on top of the molds and insert popsicle sticks

8. Place in freezer for 6 hours until popsicles are completely frozen.

9. Take the molds out of the freezer and let thaw for 10 minutes

10. Pull out your coffee-pops and enjoy!
