A sport lover's favorite and long-trusted name, Reebok Swim (aka RBK swim) recently launched its swimwear line in April 2006. Reebok, named for an African gazelle, was founded to help athletes run faster, and now they are helping swimmers swim faster. Partnering with swim manufacturer Backflips, their highly technical line uses special antimicrobial coating to help keep give suits longevity and keep them odor-free as well as incorporating flat-locked stitching to reduce drag. Reebok wants to give every suit a silver lining- and does so with their unique Silver Lining feature. It provides a special anti-bacterial coating which enables suits to smell better and last longer. Their polyester blend Endurotex has a simple bottom line—fabric that is chlorine resistant, provides longevity and provides a superior fit and comfort level than nylon/lycra. In addition to competitive swimwear, Reebok has also launched their own line of goggles and swim caps to complete every swimmer's ensemble.
