The float gets the job done--lifting the core while a swimmer concentrates on stroke form and keeps the legs stationary.

Great price, works well in the pool, color different from other pull floats that people have at the pool where I swim so I know which is mine.

First pull buoy I have EVER used that kept my legs up! I carry a lil more muscle than most swimmers so normal size floats were no help. Buy this pull float if you have super sinky legs!

I had been using the Y''s swim team pull buoy''s during my Masters work outs. They''re all different sizes and buoyancy. This TYR buoy is a great fit. I love it!

I''m doing aquatic rehab, and it''s useful now, even though I can''t employ it in the way it was designed to work. Hopefully, I''ll get to that point eventually.
Quality of construction is great.
