ELIGIBILITY
The #SwimOutlet Style Showcase Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada. You must be at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Employees and their immediate families of SwimOutlet.com are not eligible to win a giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be a) bound by these Official Rules and b) release and hold harmless SwimOutlet, its employees, agents, successors and assigns against any and all claims, injury or damage arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of or relating to your participation in the Giveaway and c) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules and the decisions of SwimOutlet.com, which are final and binding. Your participation in the Giveaway is subject to all applicable national, federal, state and local laws.

ENTRY PERIOD
The "Giveaway" begins at 12:01am EDT on May 2 and ends at 11:59pm PDT on June 1 (the "Giveaway Period").

CONTEST OBJECTIVE
Showcase your best performance swim or fashion swim photo from SwimOutlet.com!

TO ENTER
To enter, you must follow these steps during the entry period:

1) Go to the #SwimOutlet Style Showcase at www.swimoutlet.com/style-showcase and upload a photo directly or using Facebook or Instagram.

2) Photo must include a product available on SwimOutlet.com to be approved for display on the Giveaway and considered an "Eligible Entry" into the drawing.

3) Multiple entries are permitted during the Giveaway Period but must feature a substantially different clothing item in the photo submission in order to be approved as an Eligible Entry.

By entering the Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of SwimOutlet.com's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.swimoutlet.com/term-of-use. If you do not agree with the terms of use, you should not enter the Giveaway. All entries become the property of SwimOutlet.com and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting a photo, the entrant authorizes SwimOutlet.com to display the photo on its website. The odds of winning are determined by the total number of Eligible Entries received.

All entries must be the original work of the contestant, may not have been previously published, may not have won previous awards, must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person and must not violate any law.

PRIZE NOTIFICATION
SwimOutlet.com will select one potential winner from the Eligible Entries at random each day and will award a $50 gift card to use for purchases on SwimOutlet.com via an email promo code. The potential winner will be notified via email and will have seven days from the day the potential winner was first notified to claim the award. If a potential winner does not respond to email during the seven-day period, the potential winner will be disqualified. All winners have the right to waive the right to receive their prize. Prizes are non-transferable. All awards will expire on December 31, 2014.

WINNERS LIST
Winners will be announced in a website blog posting and/or via the SwimOutlet.com Facebook page at www.facebook.com/swimoutlet.

WINNER VERIFICATION
The potential winner must prove eligibility, including without limitation, proof of age and residence within 3 days of notification. In the event of non-compliance by the potential winner, such potential winner shall be disqualified and all benefits and privileges otherwise due as the winner shall be terminated.

By entering the Giveaway and accepting the prize, the winner releases SwimOutlet.com and its parent company Spiraledge, Inc. from any and all liability, loss, claims, demands, and causes of actions for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Giveaway or the use/misuse of the acceptance of the prize or any portion thereof and except where prohibited by law and without additional compensation, grants a promotional release to SwimOutlet.com, giving them the right to use his/her name, hometown, photograph and other likeness, prize information and contest design for promotional and marketing purposes in all media now known or discovered hereafter, worldwide in perpetuity without notice or review or approval.

PHOTO RESTRICTIONS
All photos submitted to the Giveaway must comply by the photo submission guidelines that can be found at: https://www.swimoutlet.com/help#guidleines.

SwimOutlet.com reserves the right not to use any photos that contain (i) pornography, adult-oriented content or any other sexually-explicit materials; (ii) materials relate to gambling; (iii) explicit language or content, images of violence or promotion of illegal activities; (iv) content in violation of intellectual property rights or laws; (v) libelous, defamatory, disparaging, discriminatory materials; (vi) content featuring tobacco, drugs or alcohol; (vii) and any content that denigrates, disparages or reflects negatively on SwimOutlet.com and Spiraledge, Inc. SwimOutlet.com reserves the right to void any other entry submission at its sole discretion.

GENERAL TERMS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, altered, incorrect, incomplete or delayed entries. All entries must be submitted by natural persons. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of contestants and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to California choice of law rules. SwimOutlet.com reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway at any time.
