Begun by Paula Daza after ten years working in the fast-paced world of New York fashion, Lumé combines fashion expertise with a desire for goodwill and ethical development practices.

Lumé collaborates with renowned artists from all four corners of the world, transforming their original paintings into unique prints. Every season, Lumé Swimwear unveils a new exhibition of eye-catching swim and beachwear collections featuring fresh patterns and designs.

Their commitment extends beyond the creative process to include fair trade practices. Lumé believes that paying a good price for the goods they manufacture is one of the best ways to give back to the people and communities supporting their work. It’s why they also donate a portion of proceeds to foundations that help children in Colombia, the site of their manufacturing center and Daza’s birthplace.

Lumé takes innovative approaches to design and development that yield incredible products and powerful results for the environment. To ensure they don’t contaminate water sources or use excess materials, Lumé digitally prints all their fabrics and packages them in recycled plastics.
