05/15/2020 I am 6' 6" tall and weigh 200lbs. I am interested in a full sleeve wet suit for swimming in the ocean in Maine. What size suit and what thickness would you recommend? Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

The thickness needed will depend on the water temperature you will be swimming in. You can view our Guide to Wetsuits here to review what water temperature each thickness is ideal for. The sizing will also depend on the brand as each brand sizes differently. Sizing Charts are located just below the size selection and just above the add to cart button on each product page.

06/06/2017 I've been having issues with my chest and the tightness of the wet suit. I wear a xl normally. Would you recommend going up to xxl? Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

Sizing will vary between wetsuits depending on the brand and materials. I recommend comparing your measurements to the size chart for each product to ensure a great fit. If you have tried a particular wetsuit in an XL and it is too tight, I would recommend sizing up to the XXL.

04/27/2017 I am 5'7", weight 135, runners body, what size would be a good fit. Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

According to the sizing chart, you would be an X-Small in this suit. We do not have the X-Small stocked, so you could try a Small, but it may not fit as snugly as it is intended.

03/29/2017 Which product is suitable for swimming more than 10 hours in 8-10 degree Celsius water? Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

For 8-10 degree Celsius (or 46-50 degrees Farenheit), you would want to look for a suit with 5/4 mm - 5/4/3 mm thickness. This suit may work for you since it has 5mm thickness on the front and 3mm thickness on the back. I would also suggest these items:
Quiksilver Men's 5/4/3mm Syncro Back Zip Fullsuit Wetsuit
Billabong Men's 5/4mm Absolute Back Zip Full Suit Wetsuit

03/28/2017 I'm a 5'10" 160 lbs female and I would like a full sleeve wet suit. What size would you recommend ? I have tried several wet suits one and find that I often need a larger size often because the neck line is so tight. Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

Based on your measurements I would recommend a Size Medium in the Xterra Wetsuits Men's Vector Pro Fullsleeve Triathlon Wetsuit.

02/28/2017 I am 190 lbs and 5'11". I am very broad in the shoulders. Should I get an XL, even though I fall in the L category? Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

Based on the sizing chart, I would suggest sticking with the size L, since you fall on the lower range of the L spectrum.

For those temps you can go with a Large in the IST Men's 3mm Nylon Reversible Wetsuit. It's front zip and lots easier to get on and off compared to a normal trisuit. You can even go with a Large in the ScubaMax Unisex Full Body Lycra Suit when it becomes available.

10/25/2016 I am 5'9" and weight 235 lbs. Is a wet suit available in a size that will enable me to rehab my right leg that was paralyzed by a stroke? Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

According to your measurements, you can find the XXL available at Xterra. The compression on the wetsuit can allow you to rehab your leg. I recommend contacting your physician before doing any exercises.
