We had this raft for two days, it filled with water and sank to the bottom, I sent a message to customer care, they told me I could send it back, my husband drug it out of the pool, and threw it away. Needless to say, I didn't get a refund. Horrible customer service.

With the exception of the head pillow, there is no obvious way to inflate this. A maze of buttons that don't do any thing and no instructions. Returned and received refund. Totally worthless product. Goggle this and you will see many similar complaints. Junk.
