Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Great fit all around plenty of room where needed. Got a great looking suit in the grab bag, will try grab bag again. Wish they had a grab bag for the Sporti Euro Brief I would surely by one of those also. Have to say I am really pleased.
