Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

usually I am a 30 when it comes to sporti suits when I tired the suit on it seemed to be too small showing a lot of side boob. but if I were to go any bigger the suit would be too loose due to the nature of the back straps. also the side triangle cut outs are much bigger than shown. could be someone's beach swim suit maybe, not good for moving around
