The ROKA Sports Men's Sim Pro Swim Shorts has thicker neoprene, as opposed the the lite. In order to determine his size, we would recommend referencing this item's specific size chart with his exact waist measurement in inches.

Update your question: Content is required.

According to the rules and regulations of USMS, no swimmer is permitted to wear or use any device or substance to enhance speed, pace, buoyancy, or endurance during a race (such as webbed gloves, fins, power bands, adhesive substances, snorkels, neoprene caps, etc.). Due to this reason, we supposed that any suits or swim gears with neoprene would not be allowed.
