Love this Mat! Thick enough to cushion my knees and no slipping!

Both replaced knees appreciate the cushioning. Hands and feet really grip. I use it mainly for exercises on the floor.

This is my second Jade Fusion mat and it is - in my opinion - the single best mat for anyone with bony knees and/or have concerns with slippage. I couldn't be happier with the product.

This blue mat shows every little bit of dirt and smudges easily. It does not stay totally flat when transitioning from downward dog to plank poses. I debated between Jade Yoga and Manduka (which my husband has). I wish I would have played it safe and gone with Manduka as his mat is better than mine.

The padding under my feet and knees lends stability- no slipping for sure. Balancing is easier with this thick of rubber mat. The length is perfect- I’m not adjusting to stay on the mat. It does pick up lint, hair, etc. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!
