11/27/2019 Please don't refer me to size chart as it doesn't convert Boys to Men sizing. My 11/5 year old son has an approx. 24-25 waist, approx. 27 hips. He wears a 26 practice suit and a 24 Fast skin LZR. If I purchase this suit for him, what size would fit best? Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

Based off the measurements listed above your son would be a size 12Y/28 and would be in an Arena Boy's Powerskin not a Men's.

08/14/2019 Does the carbon flex last longer than the carbon air? Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

The Carbon Flex should last the same amount of swims as the Carbon Air. The life of the suit depends on how many swims it is used for as well as proper care.

04/01/2018 For Preformance is the Carbon Ultra or Carbon Flex better? And is the Carbon Ultra basically the comfort of the Carbon Air and the compression of the Carbon Flex? Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

The Carbon Flex offers more compression than the Ultra does. Most short distance swimmers prefer more compression where long distance prefer more comfort. The Ultra is in between the Carbon Air and Carbon Flex as far as compression goes, so it's a nice option for someone who wants comfort but also more compression than the Carbon Air.

03/30/2018 What would you rate the comfort level of this suit? Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

This suit offers an array of features (notated in the item's description) that can support the opinion of them being comfortable. One feature being, the VX system - it allows for unrestricted flexion and extension in all directions.

03/19/2018 Which one is more ideal for Freestyle and Butterfly Carbon Ultra or Carbon Flex? Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

Both suits are great for all swim styles. The Flex will offer more compression than the Ultra. Most short distance swimmers prefer more compression than long distance swimmers but this really comes down to personal preference.

03/03/2018 My son felt ST 26 was too big for him but afraid flex 24 would be too tight. How do you recommend whether he picks 24 or 26 flex? Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

We would recommend to reference his waist and hip measurements in inches to determine which size would fit him better. The size chart can be found here

01/18/2018 Do you recommend Flex VX or Carbon Ultr for 100 and 200 break? Sizing wise, are they the same as the old Carbon Flex ? Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

I would recommend the Carbon Flex VX. As for sizing, yes it is similar however, these are newer styles and sizing may have changed.  I would recommend getting your measurements and comparing to the sizing chart.

08/14/2017 So what arena suit would be ideal for swimmers doing the 1650, 1000, 500, 200 free, but also be fast and comfortable for doing Fly and back with very little breast stroke. I would like comfort, but also be fast. Edit
Update your question: Content is required.

I would recommend the  Arena Powerskin Carbon Air. It will provide the comfort you are looking for while still being a fast suit.
