06/23/2016 I am looking for a strong, durable mat to use to exercise in the water. I need it to hold me while doing lunges, fast feet, squats, etc. Do you have a mat designed specifically for this ad if so, what is it? Edit

Water aerobic mats are designed to be used out of the water, on the deck. They're made to be slip-resistant and can get wet. They are used by swim instructors outside of the water to clearly demonstrate exercises to their students in the water. The AeroMat Elite Workout Mat with Eyelet is not meant to get wet or be near water.

If you're looking for a mat that will float on the water, AquaPhysical's aquabase may be the item you're looking for. But I do not believe these will support an aggressive exercise like fast feet.
