This is the first cap to leave me with dry hair every now and then! It will fit a large amount of long thick hair (my daughter) and also works for thin hair just past the shoulder (me). You do need to follow the directions on how to place the cap on your head (me) or it will rip (my daughter). Also, if the cap moves down your forehead during swimming, you can move it back into place without taking it off. (I think this happens to me sometime because I don’t have a lot of thick hair.)
