Its a great bag and have no negative things ot say about it. It held my wet suit, cycling shoes, goggles, change of clothes, towel, water and snacks. It has a few pockets that are nice to seperate soemehtings. If you would like a bag that has more than one water bottle holder than this bag isnt for you since it only has one. The inside of the bag is plenty big to throw in a few bottles and did not bother me.

Both of my daughters have 30L backpacks, but I’m glad that I got the 45L. It has plenty of room and now my daughters would like the bigger bag, especially for swim meets! I had been using an over-the-shoulder tote bag to go to the pool/gym, but this is so much better because I can distribute the weight over both shoulders. I’m so glad I got this bag (and also glad that I got it for a great sale price)! It is definitely worth the investment and I will enjoy going to swim for many years using this bag.
